Excellent! Definitely the right spot if you want to get fitness and self defense techniques in one setting! Highly recommend! I love how they have the 5:30am to 6:30am class for those of us that have difficult schedules!
We signed our son up not knowing that he would quickly become part of a family. All of the instructors and students are so welcoming and eager to help you learn. This is the best place to train!
My home gym 🙌 Love it here - - a great (and more than knowledgeable) team of folks. I'd highly recommend whether for sport, self-defense, or self-improvement/exercise!
