Excellent! Definitely the right spot if you want to get fitness and self defense techniques in one setting! Highly recommend! I love how they have the 5:30am to 6:30am class for those of us that have difficult schedules!
We signed our son up not knowing that he would quickly become part of a family. All of the instructors and students are so welcoming and eager to help you learn. This is the best place to train!

TBJJ is the best! I've been training here almost 3 years, and my son has been training for 2 years. I have felt welcomed and like I belonged here since the first day I walked onto the mats. I never did any kind of martial arts before this or contact sports growing up and the experience has been amazing. We have a top notch group of instructors who take the time to make sure our adults and kids have the skills they need for self defense, staying fit, and feeling confident about themselves. And if competition/sport element is your attraction to jiu jitsu there are plenty of opportunities to do this, and we will help you get ready for that as well!

This is such a too notch school and gym. Jeff has gone out of his way to make it great and personally to really bring me huge value here. I trust him with my very family too. He recently checked on me after an ankle tweak I had and followed up. He’s a true business owner and friend too. You can really put confidence in a great experience too, whether for you or your children in classes.
